Bordeaux-lovers will be thrilled with Strauss & Co's online auction which offers a serious selection of maturing, fine Bordeaux. Angélus, Hosanna, L'Église Clinet, La Fleur-Pétrus, Pavie, Pétrus and Trotanoy all appear on the list, as well as a single-bottle lot of 1983 d'Yquem as one of the highlights. In celebration of the latest James Bond film, No Time To Die, Bollinger (the official Champagne of 007) has released two limited edition Champagnes. The Special Cuvée 007 NV celebrates over 40 years of partnership between the Champagne house and the blockbuster franchise. Presented in a limited edition gift box featuring James Bond with his Aston Martin DB5. The Special Cuvée bottle has been given a black and gold neck collar with the 007 logo. As No Time To Die is the 25th film in the James Bond series, Bollinger has also released their 2011 vintage for the first time, bottling their Bond Limited Edition Millésimé 2011 in a special bottle with the number 25 made up of the titles of all previous James Bond films.
