The 2024 scores in SA's bestselling wine guide have just been released! We’d like to congratulate all the producers on this wonderful achievement. For the fourth time, Sadie Family Wines has been named Winery of the Year, while Bosman Family Wines has been chosen as the Editor’s Producer of the Year. Most of the 5-star wines sell out on release, but we do have some gems still available. View the wines here >
The 2024 edition sees 5 stars awarded to 226 wines from a selection of over 8,000. Chenin Blanc continues its strong performance with 32 five-star ratings, followed by Chardonnay with 25, and both Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah with 14. This list includes our last stock of Botanica, Hogan, Kanonkop, Mullineux, Rall, Savage, Shannon and Van Loggerenberg, to name a few.
There are wonderful dessert wine offerings, with Klein Constantia Vin de Constance 2020 proving again to be an absolute world-class icon. Snap up the best ever Kanonkop Black Label Pinotage 2021; Le Riche Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 for exceptional value; and the brilliant Rall White 2022 – all of which exemplify the incredible diversity of SA’s fine wines.
