‘Four years in the making, this is a new rosé from Pink Valley that's "anti-candy floss and residual sugar", according to Schalk-Willem Joubert. | Producer information | A first for South Africa, Pink Valley specialises in producing a single Rosè wine. Owned by the Oddo Family of France, the estate is located on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch and also offers a restaurant where one can enjoy delicious food and the beautiful surroundings together with the wine. Art plays an important role at Pink Valley as the labels for the Rosè were inspired by the artwork of the South African abstract painter, Walter Battiss. |
