| Producer information | The 9th generation, family-run Springfield Estate is located in the Robertson Valley in the Western Cape. The Bruwer family originates from the Loire and came to South Africa in 1688. They have run the Springfield farm and lived off its land since 1898. Their winemaking philosophy is to produce wine as naturally as possible and they make wines according to traditional and ancient methods. |
