‘It is, quite frankly, an utterly scrumptious wine. You could sum it up entirely in those four last words alone. Cranberries and pepper. The darting energy of a robin redbreast, tannins like tiny feathers, the brightness and purity of birdsong. It's gloriously glou-glou, but not at all simple.
