Made from 100% Greyton fruit (which survived the fire of 2019), Samantha O'Keefe's 2020 was raised in 40% new oak. Christian Eedes describes it as 'a triumph', 'extraordinary' and 'well realized' – giving it one of his highest scores for a SA Chardonnay, 97/100.

This is a unique offering of two nuanced but opposite Cap Classiques. When Pieter Ferreira and his team were making up their 2016 blends, they couldn't choose between the 60:40 Pinot/Chardonnay and the 60:40 Chardonnay/Pinot. So, they bottled both, creating the ultimate geek-out tasting of SA bubbly. This duo showcases two sides of a coin offering insight into the role of Pinot vs. Chardonnay in a blend. The Pinot-led Yin is more broad and savoury than the Chardonnay-dominated, precise Yang.
