The palate shows pure fruit and bright acidity while the finish is long and dry. Full bodied with oodles of crushed red fruits on the palate. Medium to full bodied with good expensive oak and lush velvety tannins. Producer information The Laibach farm, as we know it today, dates back to 1818 when it was originally called 'Good Success'. It was later divided into 3 farms, one of which was purchased by Friedrich Laibach in 1994 and became Laibach farm. Laibach is located in Simonsberg, and has been converted to organic farming since the start of the century. The winemaking approach is one of minimal intervention so to allow the Simonsberg-Stellenbosch site to produce the flavours in the vineyards.
