| Producer information | Kaapzicht is a 4th generation family-owned wine estate, located in Stellenbosch. The name Kaapzicht means 'Cape view' and is attributed to the beautiful views of Table Mountain and Cape Town which are seen from the farm. The Steytler family has farmed the land since 1946 and today, brothers Danie and George own the 190-hectare estate. Located on the Bottelary hill, the farm experiences a mild climate with cool sea breezes and consists of old, weathered granite soils. |
