| Producer information | Château Doisy-Daëne is known for its highly-acclaimed sweet wine, although it produces a dry white wine too. It is located in Barsac and was created in the late 1800s by Jacques Emmanuel Daëne. Doisy-Daëne was sold numerous times until 1924 when it was purchased by the Dubourdieu family. It had only 4 hectares of vines at the time and has since grown to an 18-hectare estate, planted mostly with Sémillon and a small amount of Sauvignon Blanc. |
