‘Suañé is an unusual combination of Viura and 25% Sauvignon Blanc, both sourced from the area around Haro. | Producer information | Alonso & Pedrajo is a project born out of a friendship between Javier Alonso and Alberto Pedrajo. Started in 2011, they have since being crafting their wines from very old and newly planted vines in the village of Villalba de Rioja. 70% of their grapes come from around the village making up their three wine collections: La Pequeñita, Sauñé and Valdinero. Their wines are experimental, exciting and elegant characterized by its clay-calcareous soils as well as their continental and Atlantic climates. |
