| Producer information | Purchased in December 1980 by the Coetzee family, Vriesenhof is situated at the base of the Stellenbosch Mountain and is often regarded as the best-kept secret on the Stellenbosch wine route. Legendary winemaker and Springbok Jan ‘Boland’ Coetzee is synonymous with the property and gained valuable experience in Burgundy before becoming one of SA’s top Pinot Noir producers. Produced in a rich, powerful style, the classic wines require age to show their best. |
