| Producer information | Van Biljon is a boutique wine farm situated in Stellenbosch on the Tarentaal farm. Located on the southern slope of the Polkadraai Hills, with decomposed granite soil, the farm benefits from moderating sea breezes. Their winemaker Chirs Keet, also produces his wine, First Verse, in their winery. They focus on quality and perfection and as a result have produced their Cinq 2015 which is a blend of all the grapes grown on their farm. |
