'From a relatively new appellation on the Cape South Coast, distinguished for its limestone soils that are perfectly suited to Chardonnay. Unlike other SA Chardonnays it is shy on fruit, with notes of fynbos, hay and shy white stone fruit. The oaking is well integrated adding definition to the bone-dry chalky palate.
