Lammershoek, which means ‘lambs’ corner’, is situated in the Paardeberg Mountain in Swartland. Their 180-hectare property has 60 hectares planted with vines including white cultivar old bush-vines. Lammershoek is also part of the Old Vine Project with some vineyards dating back to 1966. As one of the oldest wineries in the Swartland, Lammershoek works as naturally as possible in both the vineyards and the cellar.
