Winemaker Abrie Beeslaar loves discussing the magic of this special single vineyard. If you ever catch him in person, be sure to ask him about it. The site is cooler and low-lying, planted on shallow soils, which slows down the ripening process and creates a wine with fine-grained tannins and concentrated fruit.
