Here, in Villers-Aux-Noeuds, on the family farm that dates back to 1822, Olivier Langlais farms his 6 hectares of organic vineyards of Champagne Solemme. Olivier has an incredible dedication to biodynamics and even disgorges his wine according to the moon’s cycle. His sensitive approach to promoting harmony between the vine and its natural environment can be found in these incredible wines. |
