‘The pale sparkling rosé 2022 De Nit is a blend of Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Monastrell that refermented in bottle where it matured with the lees for 18 months. It has a subtle nose and feels very much like a white wine (which it mostly is) with just a copper tint and almost no red fruit aromas and very faint flavors. It has 12.09% alcohol with a pH of 3.01 and 5.9 grams of acidity balanced by 4.5 grams of sugar. It's clean and precise, and the sugar almost unnoticeable, giving it just an approachable touch but never sweet. It's Mediterranean, with notes of esparto grass, a more generous year. 225,000 bottles and other formats produced. It was disgorged in February 2024.’ – Luis Gutiérrez, Wine Advocate, 92/100

‘The 2022 Extra Brut de Nit composed of 50% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeu, 15% Parellada and 5% Monastrell, sourced from Conca del Riu Anoia in Penedès. Light salmon-pink in hue, it offers enticing aromas of rose and cherry, with a hint of citrus. Producer information Since 1497, and for more than 20 generations, the Raventós family, has been working the land and tending vines in the Penedès region in Spain. 21st generation, Pepe Raventós, officially joined the family business, Raventós I Blanc in 2001 and in 2014 he also started his own project. The estate’s particular microclimate is influenced by the river, a lake, two streams as well as a hill known as the Turó del Serral. The soils which were formed over 16 million years ago are calcareous with marine fossils which are the ideal conditions for producing wines of freshness, elegance and a powerful salinity. All of the plots are biodynamically farmed so that the terroir shines in the wines.
