| Producer information | Château Puygueraud is located in the small Côtes de Bordeaux Francs appellation of Bordeaux. In 1946, George and Monica Thienpont purchased Château Puygueraud and undertook the replanting of the vineyards which had been destroyed during World War II. As a result their first vintage was produced in 1983. Their vineyards consist of a majority of Merlot, followed by Cabernet Franc and Malbec. |
