‘One of a very small number of world class South African sweet wines, this is a wonderfully, fresh, clean, intense, botrytis-affected Riesling. Racy, bright and well-balanced, with limeand passion fruit flavours, good extract and smoothly integrated 177 grams of residual sugar. 2023-29’ – Tim Atkin MW, SA Special Report 2023, 96/100

'Gorgeously rich & sweet 2021 dessert wine, the botrytis clearly expressed in the honeyed apricot aromas. Germanic in style, but modestly so - 11 g/L acid sufficiently balances 177 g/L sugar & makes for uncloying, almost-dry finish, though not with knife-edge effect. No oaking; 9.9% alc. Back to the starry heights after a blip in 2020 (4.5 stars, 90 pts). 375 ml.' – Platter's Guide, 5* (96/100)

‘Clocking in at 10% alcohol, the 2021 Weisser Riesling Noble Late Harvest is refreshing. It opens with aromas of peach purée, mango and orange skin before notes of honeysuckle and jasmine waft from the glass. The wine explodes across the palate with electric acidity perfectly balanced by luscious sweetness. Flavors of sweet citrus seduce and delight with elegant floral Meyer lemon blossom notes and quince paste before showing fantastic focus, delivering elegance and finesse. Delivering a long, lingering and complex finish, this beautiful wine makes me crave aged blue cheese and Dutch crumble apple pie. I'm adding this to my cellar, and I recommend you do the same. 2023-2060’ – Anthony Mueller, Wine Advocate, 95/100
