| Producer information | Marelise Niemann began her Momento brand in 2013. Marelise has a passion for Grenache, which she realised after working with Eben Sadie in Priorat in 2010. Grenache is not a widely planted grape in South Africa, but her passion has led her to find the only Grenache Gris vineyard which is located in Voor-Paardeberg. She is lucky enough to work with vines all over the Western Cape which are unique expressions of their regions and terroir. |
