With cooler weather approaching, Thelema's 5-star 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect choice, providing great value in magnum form. From assistant winemaker at Mullineux Wines, Wade Sander produces an exquisite range of wines which are some of our staff favourites.
We have limited bottles of one of the Top 100 Wines of 2020 from James Suckling – the 98-point Ducru-Beaucaillou Saint-Julien 2017. If you're looking for a local Chenin, the Rooidraai from Carinus would be our pick. This delicious wine is made by Lukas van Loggerenberg and produced by Young Guns, Danie and Hugo Carinus. Lastly, we couldn't help but slip in an MCC. We've just restocked the impressive Saltare MCC Brut Nature by Carla Pauw.

From one of the oldest estates in the Médoc comes one of the Top 100 wines of 2020, scored 98/100 by James Suckling. A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot, this wine is richly fragrant with powerful tannins, made to last for at least another 3 decades. It’s considered to be ‘one of the stars of the vintage’ and ‘the most flamboyant wine in Saint-Julien’ as per Antonio Galloni.
