Clape Cornas Renaissance 2021

Domaine Auguste Clape was the first producer in Cornas – a small region in the Northern Rhône – to estate-bottle their wines. Renaissance was first bottled in 1998 and has seen increasing quality ever since. It impresses with terrific layers of flavour on the nose and a ‘long, focused finish, which features grippy tannins and lingering floral and exotic spice notes’ (Vinous).
