Laventura Malvasia 2021

This is a deliciously modern take on white Rioja. Bryan MacRobert’s goal is to create Rioja in its purest form, using old, dryland-farmed bush vines to showcase the best varietal and terroir expression. The 2021 vintage delivered low yields but exceptional quality. Malvasia grapes were skin-macerated for 10 days, then aged for a year in a concrete egg, achieving a perfect balance of fruit, acidity, and texture. Expect orange blossom, apricot, grapefruit, and almonds, rounded off with a creamy finish.
