‘The NV Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs is bright and finely sculpted right out of the gate. The blend of 50% 2021 and 50% 2020/2019 comes across as a bit austere, but that’s not surprising given the base 2021 vintage. Crushed rocks, mint, citrus, white flowers and sage all take shape.
