| Producer information | Lagar de Cervera, was discovered by La Rioja Alta in 1988. The vineyards and winery can be found in Rias Baixas, Galicia which is known as the garden of Spain for its lush greenery. It’s unqiue microclimate and the cool Atlantic seabreezes allows for early ripening, which in turn creates fresh and elegant white wines, mainly from the Albariño grape. This star white grape has ‘skyrocketed to popularity over the past quarter-century’, writes Wine Enthusiast, due to its deliciously bright fruit, salty minerality and energetic acidity. |
