‘Consisting of 56% Chenin Blanc, 18% Sauvignon Blanc, 17% Chardonnay, 4% Roussanne, 4% Marsanne and 1% Viognier, the wine was fermented and matured for 12 months in older oak. The nose shows a herbaceous top note before citrus, peach, some leesy complexity as well as ginger and other spice while the palate has good fruit density (alcohol: 14%) to go with punchy acidity before a savoury finish.
