It immediately offers classic Paul Sauer dark cherry and crème de cassis, with inviting aromas of oak spice and bouquet garni freshness. Beautifully balanced, it has a bright, lively acidity along with savoury complexity and supple tannins. There is a lot of depth to this elegant release. As always, the wine is seamless and a triumph of winemaking skill.
