| Producer information | Dorper is the label of Reg Holder - “dorp” being Afrikaans for “town” or “village”. Reg, previously of Delheim, is now also running Lautus De-Alcoholised Wines. He wanted to work with older sites in order to avoid the “simple fruit” of young vines, and to ensure that the resulting wines “got their identity from the soil”. |
