‘Truly the the ugly duckling turned gorgeous swan of the vintage. A very slow ambient maceration and fermentation led to a considerable 15 months in old oak before bottling. The result is a delicate, but delicious wine showcasing caramelised sharon fruit, tart citrus and thyme. Deep copper in colour and extremely moreish.’ – Winemaker
