'This bottle apparently had quite a low level. Brownish colour but far from past it. Rich, slightly peppery nose. It smelt just like a sugar syrup that had reached the caramel stage and was just starting to burn. Amazingly, it was lighter than La Montagne 2022. Very slight bitterness on the end.
