Joseph Drouhin Mâcon-Bussières Les Clos 2022 – R 375
‘The colour is limpid and bright. The wine develops mineral notes with hints of white flowers. Precise on the palate and long aftertaste. It shows an amazing purety.’ – Winemaker
Héritiers du Comte Lafon Mâcon-Villages 2023 – R 475
‘In tank for fining and filtering to bottle in mid-May. Lemon yellow with a green tint. Fresh fruit aromatics, apples in particular. Then fleshier on the palate, lowish but adequate acidity. Juicy and attractive, to drink early. Drink from 2024.’ – Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy, 87-89/100
Daniel Dampt Chablis 2023 – R 475
‘Here too there is a touch of petrol character to the fresh and bright nose of quinine, oyster shell and lemon confit. The mouthfeel of the medium weight flavors is rich to the point of opulence while offering better volume and density on the lightly stony, clean and moderately dry finale. This would also benefit from having better depth but here there's a good chance it will have time to develop before it's mature. 2026+’ – Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, 88/100
Olivier Leflaive Bourgogne Les Sétilles 2021 – R 600
‘An equally fresh if less spicy nose freely offers up its aromas of apple, pear, white flower and a touch of orange peel. The mouthfeel of the medium weight flavors is also quite lovely while the lingering, balanced and equally dry finale is sufficiently tightly wound to repay a few years of keeping. This too is very good for its level. 2025+’ – Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, 87/100
Henri Boillot Bourgogne Chardonnay 2022 – R 680
‘Domaine fruit and some purchased from St Romain, 5 barrels out of 50. Mid lemon yellow, with grapey yellow fruit on the nose. Excellent density, still quite rich and ripe in fruit style, but with an electric energy at the back. 2025-2027.’ – Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy, 88-90/100
Joseph Drouhin Côte de Beaune Blanc 2022 – R 999
'A bit of real Côte d’Or savour here. Precise rather than opulent but well balanced. Needs a little more time. 2025-2030' – Jancis Robinson, jancisrobinson.com, 16/20
