Perfumed and floral on the nose, wild strawberry commingles with pressed rose petals and pastille tones from the small proportion of carbonic maceration. The palate is medium-bodied with a smooth texture, tart red cherry fruit dovetailing into a more mineral-driven, quite strict finish.
