Notes

Tasting notes:
'A very good example of Barossa Valley Shiraz picked while there are fresh fruits to work with in the winery. It's a savoury, medium-bodied wine with elegance and effortless balance between fruit, oak and tannins. Pretty close to being ready to take on all comers. Drink by 2025.' ‐ James Halliday, 91/100

Yalumba was founded in 1849 and five generations later is now Australia’s oldest family owned winery. Yalumba is the aboriginal word for 'all the land around'. Yalumba’s wines are characterised by elegance and tradition. Often more medium bodied, they are fresh and vibrant, showing an honesty that is breed throughout the company into the wines they produce.

Categorised a 5-Star winery by James Halliday and is a ‘Member of Australia's First Families of Wine’.
