Notes

From 100% Cinsault in Paarl, with a light alc of 12% abv, The name 'Break a Leg' is a reference to Lukas having two major knee operations during his first harvest. Dry-grown, bush vine vineyard planted 1988. Skin contact in press only, naturally fermented, no enzymes or acidification. Pure, delicious, dry Cinsault.

Tasting Note:
"On the nose, subtle notes of citrus, red apple and wild strawberry plus hints of herbs and spice. The palate is extraordinarily light and fresh with a bone-dry finish making for a very refreshing glass of wine.", Christian Eedes, Winemag.co.za. 88/100
