This unfiltered amber lager is an old, rare and rather uniquely german beer style. Wholesome and buttery, with toasty, bready malts and hints of salted caramel and toffee. The finish is dry and hoppy with nutty overtones. 5% ABV. 8 week brewing time. Ingredients: Barley, yeast, hops and water.

An industrial brewery could simply not make a lager like this. Unfiltered, unpasteurized and bursting with flavor, it has phenomenal body and freshness. Hazy to the eye, and full on the palate with a soft, round mouthfeel and a biscuity malt character. 5% ABV. 6 week brewing time. Ingredients: Barley, yeast, hops and water

Wine:  Steph Weiss 500ml

Delicately smooth and creamy, this craft wheat beer is a true and traditional unfiltered Bavarian weiss.  The signature yeast is gloriously expressed in intriguing aromas of vanilla, all-spice & clove. Liquid velvet. 5% ABV. 8 week brewing time. Ingredients: Wheat, barley, yeast, hops and water.

Wine:  Tuoro Blonde 750ml

Touro Tripel Blonde is a wickedly rich strong blonde ale with a creamy palate and a fruity, spicy, malt flavour. Huge and complex, this golden beauty is brewed with three times the normal amount of barley and is refermented in the bottle. Big enough for bold dishes, but elegant enough for refined tastes, its initial sweetness is deftly balanced by a floral hoppiness. More-ish... Pairing: Game, rich fish, mild rich curries, duck, mature cheeses, cigars.

Wine:  Unfiltered Dark 500ml

Very drinkable, refreshing and beautifully hopped, yet rich and complex and loaded with dark roasted malt flavor. Smooth, relatively light in body, but bursting with character. A gentle, dry finish with lingering bitter chocolate notes. 5% ABV. 8 week brewing time. Ingredients: Barley, yeast, hops and water.

A brooding bottle conditioned Blacker than Black Ale which bellows out roasted beckonings. Sexy singed grains coat the palate inviting you to take another sip. 5% alc

Wine:  Bone Crusher 550ml

A bottle conditioned frosted Wit Beer with a distinctive candied orange nose. Edgy and refreshing in taste with all the spicy richness and finishes with a lingering bitterness.6%

An assertive rusty brown ale with plenty spicey hopping. An impressive beer leaving your mouth filled with a range of flavours. It leaves you feeling like you have tasted something special.4% Alc

Wine:  Slow Beer 550ml

An extreme lager with a rich golden colour. Refreshing with a real hops flavour and rounding off with a mild bitterness. A great thirst quenching beer for those long summer days.4% alc

Wine:  First Light Golden Ale 500ml

Golden in color. Clear to brilliant. Medium white head with good retention. Moderate fruity aroma with floral, melony and tropical fruit characteristics derived from the hops used. Light to moderate malty aroma. Fresh and clean smell on the nose. Initial soft malty sweetness. Low to medium esters. Light to moderate hop flavour. Medium bitterness, with a good balance between the hops and malts. Finishes medium-dry. Light in body. Medium carbonation. Smooth finish without harsh bitterness or astringency Overall Impression: Easy drinking, approachable session beer.

Wine:  Kings Blockhouse IPA 500ml

Color is medium gold. It is almost clear, which is achieved through fining. Good head with white to off-white color should persist. A prominent to hop aroma with a citrusy, floral, resinous, piney, and passion fruit character derived from the American hops. It has been dry hopped to add aroma. Some clean malty sweetness may be found in the background, but is a lot lower level than in English examples. Hop flavour is medium-high and will reflect typical American hop characters with citrusy, floral, resinous, piney and passion fruit aspects. Medium-high hop bitterness is present, although the malt backbone will support the strong hop character and provide for good balance. Medium-dry to dry finish. Smooth medium-bodied mouthfeel without hop-derived astringency, although moderate carbonation can combine to render an overall dry sensation in the presence of malt sweetness. Overall Impression: A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American India Pale Ale.

Wine:  Silvertree Saison 500ml

Combination of fruity and spicy flavors supported by a soft malt character, a low alcohol presence and tart sourness. Extremely high attenuation gives a characteristic dry finish. The fruitiness is citrusy. Hop flavor is low to moderate, and is generally spicy and earthy in character. Hop bitterness is moderate.

Wine:  Woodhead Amber Ale 500ml

Amber in color. It should have a large off-white head with good retention. It is quite clear. Moderate hop aroma from late kettle additions of American hop varieties. A citrusy hop character is present. Moderate maltiness balances against the hop presentation and shows a caramel character. Moderate hop flavour from American hop varieties, with a citrusy quality. Malt flavors are moderate and usually show an initial malty sweetness followed by a moderate caramel flavour. Malt and hop bitterness are balanced and mutually supportive.
