Notes

Miles Mossop Wines was established in 2004 with the vision to create wines unique in character, expressing the true nature of South Africa and the sites from which the grapes are sourced. It is a family business with Miles Mossop as winemaker and viticulturist. The wines are named after Miles and Samantha Mossop's three children.

The first wines produced were the Max, a red blend, and the Saskia, a white blend. In 2009 the range was extended to include a Noble Late Harvest named Kika after Max and Saskia's younger sibling.

Leading on from this success of these wines Miles identified an opportunity to establish a new range under his eponymous label. The Introduction range sees Chenin blanc and a Cabernet Sauvignon led blend as the flag bearers with early enjoyment and fruit forward freshness as hallmarks.

Tasting Note:
The wine displays a deep dark garnet colour with a plum red rim. The nose is abundant in aromas of cassis, blackberries and mulberries underpinned with notes of cedar and black olives. There is a faint hint of eucalypt and mint.
