Notes

35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Petit Verdot, 25% Shiraz and 5% Merlot

Winemakers:
JD Pretorius, Johnnie Calitz and Lukas van Loggerenberg

The town Prieska's name is derived from the old Koranna words beris + gab, translating to "Place of the lost she-goat". This wine celebrates Prieska as a new, unique wine of origin region. The crosstitch label design links us to the history of the town and our family love of original, handmade, art, craft and design. Enjoy with good company and a Rietskaap tjoppie sizzling on the fire.

Tasting notes:
'Thoroughly enjoyable blend with spicy & leathery notes from Shiraz complementing the cooked red and black fruit aromas, classical to Bordeaux cultivars. Strong hints of mint and eucalyptus freshens up the palate and transports you to a shady spot under the eucalyptus trees bordering our vineyards.' – Winemakers
