Notes

Winemaker's notes:
60-year-old, dry land bush vines. Spontaneous ferment, 10 months’ maturation in French seasoned oak, racked off gross lees then added Verdelho lees from the same vintage. The wine matured for another 4 months on this different component and was bottled straight after.

Analysis:
Alc: 13.5% RS: 2.2g/L TA: 5g/L pH: 3.32
